Terms & Conditions for Staffol usage

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Staffol platform (“Staffol”) by corporate users (“Corporate Users” or “you”). By registering and using the services provided by Staffol, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or use the platform.

1. Registration and Account Creation

Upon registration with Staffol, an account will be created for you as a corporate user or trainer. This account will grant you access to the features and functionalities available on the platform.

2. Installation Fee and Renewals

There is a one-time installation fee of $90 for accessing the platform for a period of three (3) years. This installation fee will be subject to renewal every three years. Management reserves the right to change the installation fee or offer discounts on the charges at their discretion.

Once the installation fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Trial Period

Staffol may offer trial periods for the platform, which are available at the discretion of the management. Trial periods, if offered, will be subject to specific terms set forth at the time of offer.

4. Corporate User Features

• Adding Learners: As a corporate user, you are permitted to add learners to the platform.

• Customization: You can customize the look and feel of the platform and add your company logo for white-labeling purposes.

5. Platform Services

• Course Hosting: Staffol serves as a platform to host and make available courses that you, as a corporate user, provide to your learners. Staffol does not have any control or influence over the content of the courses you upload or make available to learners.

• No Limit on Content: There is no limit on the number of courses or content that can be uploaded onto the platform by you as the corporate user.

6. Fees and Payments

• Platform Charges: Students will incur a platform fee of $2 for each course they take. Corporates have the option to reimburse this fee to the learners or keep it as a fee for the learners.

• Additional Fees: Corporates may charge additional fees for the courses offered. Any such fees will be collected along with the platform fee through Staffol’s payment gateway, and the course fee (minus the platform fee) will be transferred to the corporate.

7. Data Privacy and Security

• No Access to Corporate Data: Staffol will not access any course materials or student data provided by the corporate user. Your data remains private and secure on the platform.

• Availability of the Platform: Staffol will make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning. However, the platform’s availability is subject to force majeure conditions, such as unforeseen technical issues, natural disasters, or other events beyond Staffol’s control.

8. Platform Updates

Staffol will be continuously updated and upgraded based on feedback from its users. You will have access to these updates as they become available, and you agree to use the updated versions of the platform when released.

9. Restrictions on Use

• No Unauthorized Use: You agree not to use Staffol for any unauthorized purposes. Any unauthorized access to or use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

• No Interference: You agree not to take any actions that could disrupt, damage, or otherwise interfere with Staffol’s infrastructure, software, database, or functionality.

• No Malicious Activities: Any attempt to engage in malicious activities, such as hacking, spreading malware, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of Staffol or its users, is strictly prohibited.

10. Ownership and Proprietary Rights

Staffol is a proprietary software platform, and you acknowledge that the platform, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Staffol and protected by intellectual property laws. As a corporate user, you are granted a license to use the platform for its intended purposes, but you do not gain ownership rights to Staffol or its underlying technology. You may not claim ownership of the platform or its services outside of the services provided through the platform.

11. Amendments to the Terms

Staffol reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Termination

Staffol reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any corporate user who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any activity that may harm the platform, other users, or Staffol’s reputation.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staffol, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, including any content uploaded or actions taken by you or your learners.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Staffol operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.
